Cendawan Goreng
Sumber : Mas Duniaku
Bahan :
- cendawan tiram - cuci bersih, lap sikit untuk hilangkan air kat cendawan
- serbuk lada putih
- 1/2 cawan tepung kastad
- 1/2 cawan tepung jagung
- 1/2 cawan tepung beras
- sedikit serbuk perasa
- garam secukup rasa
- telur - dipukul sedikit
Cara menbuatnya :
- Sebatikan semua bahan diatas kecuali cendahwan dan telur. Ketepikan.
- Salutkan cendahwan dengan adunan tepung tadi.
- Celup cendahwan kedalam telur.
- Kemudian salutkan lagi dengan adunan tepung tadi.
- Goreng hingga garing.
- Sedap dicicah dengan sos.
