Martha Stewarts Moist Chocolate Cupcakes

Assalamualaikum.

Lama rasanya Mas tak uodate resepi kan.. Alhamdulillah..kali ni Mas nak share satu resepi cupcake coklat yang moist.... sedapp sangat ... memang resepi ini yang Mas guna untuk tempahan cupcake ...

Martha Stewarts Moist Chocolate Cupcakes

Bahan bahan:
2 1/2 cawan all purpose flour
1 1/4 cawan dutch process cocoa powder
2 1/2 cawan sugar
2 1/2 sk baking soda
1 1/4 sk baking powder
1 1/2 sk garam
2 biji telur gred A + 1 telur kuning gred A
1 1/4 cawan susu (Azie guna buttermilk)
1/2 cawan + 2 sb vegetable oil
1 1/4 sk vanilla extract
1 1/2 cawan air panas (Azie tambah 1 sk nescafe)

Cara cara:
Panaskan oven pada suhu 180C.

Ayak bersama bahan kering seperti tepung, serbuk koko, baking soda, baking powder dan garam ke dalam pengisar elektrik. 

Tambahkan telur, susu, minyak, vanilla dan air panas. Putar dengan menggunakan kelajuan perlahan sehingga sebati dalam 3 minit.

Tuang ke dalam cawan kertas sebanyak 2/3. Bakar selama 20-25 minit.
